This service is incredibly valuable, especially for seniors, busy professionals, individuals with chronic conditions, or those who feel overwhelmed navigating healthcare alone
With over 15 years of nursing experience in multiple roles, I understand the complexities of the healthcare system and how challenging it can be to navigate alone. You don’t have to do this by yourself. Let’s create a plan that ensures you or your loved one receives the best possible care without the stress and confusion
With my extensive nursing background, I’ve seen firsthand the gaps in care coordination that many patients face. I worked as a Registered Nurse in critical care for five years before becoming an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner for nine years. My background is in Pulmonary/Critical Care, Cardiology and Cardiovascular Surgery. After the birth of my fourth child in 2019, I began a sabbatical from nursing—but my passion for patient advocacy never left. I do have an Alabama RN license and am eligible to collaborate with a physician to become a NP in Alabama. I graduated from TWU in 2004 with a BSN. I completed graduate school to earn a MSN in 2010 at UT Houston
I have always believed that continuity of care is essential, but I never fully realized how critical it was until I moved away from my parents. Before then, I naturally took on the role of organizing their doctor’s appointments, attending visits, and ensuring clear communication with their physicians. When I could no longer be there in person, I quickly saw how challenging it was to coordinate care, manage prescriptions, and navigate the complex healthcare system—especially for those without a strong advocate by their side
This service was also deeply inspired by my beautiful friend, Diana. She was The Best Social Worker in the entire world and I know she would give this service her stamp of approval. Her unwavering compassion and dedication to others continue to guide my mission. I had the privilege of walking alongside her during her healthcare journey, witnessing firsthand the challenges patients and families face.
